146 days and still waiting for payment! Survey site is a SCAM!

It has been 146 days since I have requested payment from pandaresearch.com. When the request was made, I was told that I would receive payment WITHIN 35 days. Shortly after there was a posting on the payment page saying that payments MAY take as long as 45 days. When this time had passed, I contacted them and was told that my payment was APPROVED and that I would recieve it WITHIN 90 days. When this time came and went, I looked in their terms and it said ATLEAST 90 days. They have not answered the more than 20 emails that I have sent since. And at 146 day I'm still waiting.
