Unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account

I was online and saw an Ad for TriClear. FREE Trial. Pay only $6.95 for shipping and handleing. I ordered it with my bank card. I did not think anything of it. Untill I had 2 bounced checks. I started looking thru my bank statements and realized that TriClear and taken $75.90 on 09/17/07 and $82.85 on 10/10/07. I did not authorize this. This is not something I agreed to. When I called the company I was pretty much told "to bad". I asked for the phone number and address of the corporate office and was told by Andrew #117, that was impossible. I asked to speak to a manager higher up, and was told that they would call me back in 24 hrs. All I wanted was my refund. Their Ad states "money back guaranteed", but they will only refund me $40.00. They had withdrawn $158.75 and will only refund me $ 40.00. This company is taking money from unsuspecting customers without their knowledge. They need to be stopped, now!
