Received checks I requested, hope they're good San Diego California

I filled out the form on mipayment.Biz and thought for sure I would never get anything from it. Sure enough, I did get 2 checks in the mail yesterday. One for $19.95 and the other for $39.90. I deposited them today. I'm curious to see if they're clear or not. They're drawn on New Dominion Bank. Has anyone else received a check back?
