Speedpay took 147.95 from my checking acct. W/out permission Internet nationwide

Speedpay debited $147.95 from my checking account without authorization.
I dont even know who they are!
I have reported this to my bank and they are in the process of investigating it to find out who did this.
I am extremely upset over this! I was in the hospital having surgery when this took place and didnt know about it until days after it happened.
