Poor service, rude support, 45min hold times, Once they have you signed up they don't care about anything, Hosting is slow, Uploading is even slowe

These people are the biggest SCAM I have ever delt with. I have 3 domain/websites with them and I receive the worst service and support. I needed my password changed so my desinger could access the account and not only did i wait on hold for 1 hour plus but I tried on another line and was hung up on twice. When I asked for my 30 day refund they refused and said that this doesn't apply to me.

Stay away, they are a huge scam!

Not only are you out 70 dollars but you have to deal with a domain name transfer which they won't do. Now you lost 70 dollars and your domain name.

I am in the process of contacting my attorney and bringing legal action against them.
