Ordered 20 seasons of gunsmoke, but never received them

In July I ordered for my wife the 20 seasons of gunsmoke through tvboxset.com. The total price including shipping and handling $309.98. I was given confirmation emails and even given a tracking number that was of no use. All and all my wife and I have been emailing the resolutions@tvboxset.com and received many emails from a Jeff Tabares who promised me last month my refund to which I've never received it! I have notified my credit card company, we have enclosed copies of the emails now the card wants more info! I don't know what else to give them. I'm really cautious about the internet and won't order from any company that I don't have checked out.
