Do not use them! I FINALLY BROKE THROUGH!!!"They are total scam artists. I finally got them though! I sent my son's PSP to them with a game to test when fixed. I paid $119 for the repairs. It has been almost a year, and I finally got it back last week. I called multiple times, sent letters, emails. I finally contacted their local Florida police dept. And spoke with Detective Jammes in Longwood FL. He told me to send cert. Letter saying I contacted him, which I did. Still no response. I was ready to file a criminal complaint with him. I googled the owners' names and found out he worked at a car dealership in Orlando. I got on their web page and used their contact page and typed it all out with dates, numbers, complaint info, etc. Magically, my PSP came three days later! I think I hit home."
