Taking advantage of under age children. Took $149 out of my checking account without my permission

I am filing this report against unified services for taking money from my checking account without my permission. My daughter thought she was getting me a free vacation instead, i am being ripped off. My daughter does not have a computer for internet services nor does she have a telephone in her name for telephone service. I requested my money back and was told to file a report as to why I want my money back.
