They charged my credit card for video tapes and went as far as to send a tracking number. There is no such company and no one will return a phone call

The company claims to have hard to find boxed video sets. They will bill your credit card the day the order is taken.
They will then send a tracking number, which they purchase from the post office. That will be the last time you hear from them.
When trying to reach them, you will get a recording that says do to a high volume of callers they will have to call you back.
My order was placed on Aug. 2. It is now Sept. 17. Nobody has ever returned my phone call.
