Continues to charge my bank acct $10.95 a mo. After cancellation 3 years ago! Internet

I canceled my account with PeoplePc.com in 2004. At that time, I had someone else handling my finances. Now, that I am in charge of my own finances, I can see that PeoplePC is still charging my bank account $10.95 a month. I canceled in 2004 and got Verizon DSL in place of it.

I called Customer Care. I could not remember my email address or phone number used at that time. She found my account by my full name and address, but told me that there was nothing else in the system regarding the account. It showed that it has been inactive.

I faxed a letter twice to customer service to have them look into it. That was a month ago. I received no response.

I emailed member services and they told me to call customer service. Today, September 12, I emailed them again and told them that they better forward my email to the appropriate department to handle this problem otherwise I would go to Asa Aaron, the Better Business Bureau and my attorney.

I decided to go ahead and try customer service again to see if they can query my account via my name and address. Now, all of a sudden it doesn't show up in their system, but yet, they still charge me every month!!!
