Lied Cheated and stole my laptop They sent a box using the HP.com Logo

I am filing a complaint against this company for the fact that they fraudgently used HP.com as a conspirator and deceiving me to think that my Laptop was being sent to HP.com. They receive my laptop, than sent me a letter stating that I owe them $395. I told them I was not paying it because my notebook was still under warranty. I ask them how did they get it anyway. They replied that if I wanted it without repairs I would have to pay $144. I stated for what... I told you all it's under warranty and I could take it back to the store for repairs. They have had my notebook since 7/20. I made a copy of the DHL shipping info. Before I sent it out. The person that signed for it signed as Jeronomo. The signature looked like a smiley face. I communicated to DHL as well inquiring how they could allow someone to sign for a package like that. There doing some research from their end as well. This company, doesn't give you the names via e-mail. Just their best regards. There taking people money and not sending them back their merchandise. Please make sure you do your history before getting involved with this company. This has been a learning exp. I hope that this will not happen to you.
