A zitfaced teenager in a dungy basement you don't want to do business with

He owes me $100.00 and he knows it. I've shown him proof and he chooses to ignore me. I thought this was a company I could trust and it turns out to be a teenager in a dark dungeon living with his mommy.

That's the only explanation I can figure because any reputable company would pay what they owe... Especially since I had been doing business for years.
