I recently bought a motorcycle and and while searching the web, I came accross this website. It looked legit and so I subscribed. When I got the report, There were PHP errors on the text boxes that were to have a description of the motorcycle, and other important information regarding the bikes history. All the report tells you is that everything is OK and it checks out but the information is so generic. This same report I got could be sent to any individual entering in any VIN number because it tells you absolutley nothing about your particular bike.

There is no phone number, email address, or physical address (for snail mail) for this company. The only option available is to send an email thru a contact form you can fill out describing your issue. After sending, it states you information was sent successfull and a representative will contact you shortly. Well that has never happened yet.

You also have an option to fill out a helpdesk form, which I did. I received back an email with information on how to track the work history on your helpdesk request.

Well it has been over a week and I have received absolutley no contact with my issue and there has been absolutley no work history placed on my helpdesk form, except it records recent action when you access it looking to see if it has been complete.

So my report is bogus, my helpdesk form is open still with absolutley no work history reported. I have sent many emails to them as well using the only option available. I also replied back to the individule that sent my account confirmation and have not had any response back as well.

I am out my $19.95. Do not fall for this Scam.
