This company had a 6.95 dollar trial fee and you could cancel at any time — I cancelled within one week and still a 49.95 came out of my bank account— I called them and was assured it was cancelled (so I wrote off the 49.95) now this month I was charged again and when I called I was asked what my cancellation confirmation number was and who did I speak to — I asked the woman on the other end - didn't they keep track of stuff like that. She said it was up to me to provide the info — now it is supposed to be cancelled again— but, I don't believe it.
