Poor Cust Service! Ripoff

Gov-records is a rippoff, i had no success logging on i emailed for tech help. I recieved a response that promised assistance with an inquiry, i was latter emailed and told no matches were made, ok but that still didnt address my inability to access the web site. This is poor customer service, plus they have my money, this is another lesson learned. Consumer beware, my most recent request for help has been ignored.
