Took my money without providing an exchange. Has ignored contact since my money was never refunded. Ripoff

Bought one dress from this online retailer. It was the wrong size, returned for another. The second had poor quality construction. Returned once again. Online retailer told me they would do one final exchange and never made good one it. I was taken for $111.97.

I have tried many times to contact this place by phone and email. My emails arrive and are auto acknowledged with time stamps. My phone calls are not returned. I have filed with the local BBB and this company has a rating of F.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ONLINE RETAILER! They will take your money. What a RIPOFF.
