Created false invoices and then stole intellectual property and data ripoff

On or about 12th July the following unfair or deceptive act (s) or practice (s) occurred:

1. I created a help request outlining a fire incident at our premises and advising I would not be able to make July payment of $220 usd for a few days. The payment was for a dedicated server described as AMD 64 Athlon 3800 Dual Core
160GB Hard Drive
2GB RAM
Bandwidth: 1500GB
IP Addresses: 8 (5 usable)
cPanel/Fantastico

USD 215.00/month with additional $5 for weekly backup of server to be stored on dvd
2. On 13th July Yrhost contacted me and demanded double the amount owed for the server $440 usd else it would be disconnected permanently.
3. I was again contacted on 30th july at which time $660 was demanded from me as outstanding and a further $220 due in a few days
4. I examined the invoices located at yrhost.com/mb and noted some had been created on the 13th July and after the due date. I advised that the invoices were indeed false, and demanded they be rectified
5. SuryaKant Raut from Yrhost advised me on 13th July that one invoice was for the month of June which had previously been paid in full on 23rd June.
6. On the same day I provided evidence of payment made to yrhost via paypal.
7. SuryaKant Raut not able to refute payment was made, then claimed the invoices were for advance payments July to October.
8. I disputed this as there were no contractual arrangements to pay 4 months in advance.
9. My server was suspended shortly after this communication, thus denying me access to my intellectual property and emails.
10. Later on 13th July The invoices were then rectified reflecting the due date 23 July for $220 usd and Due Date 23rd August $220
11. On 3rd August I contacted SuryaKant Raut via email ticket refernce UVZ-260439 and expressed my lack of trust that I was actually getting The dedicated server I was paying for, and requested that I be downgraded to a shared server. No response to this request was made
12. On 8th August SuryaKant Raut threatened that my dedicated server would be cancelled, unless I paid the amounts owed of $440 for the dedicated server. Even though only $220 was owed
13. On 9th August they cancelled my account and claimed a further $330 to allow me to download my data.
14. The site is too large to download data, they are aware of this and refuse to hand over the intellectual property in their prossesion
15.invoices created after the apparant due dates and duplicates claiming total $880 when account was only $220

16. After they removed the false invoices after being advised i would seek assistance from FTC re mail fraud current invoices
