Poetry.com And All Its Affiliates
They Are Sneaky Devils Who must be stopped!

Internet & Web

I am frequently getting things from poetry.com and its afiliates, but I never gave them any money. They will not stop harrassing me. They sent me stuff from their alter ego Nobel House in mad attempts to get me to pay for something.

They have offered me false editor's choice awards, Entrance to the international who's who in poetry, medallions, books, invitations to conventions, but one that I had not seen at all in any of the lists was thier latest attempt at trying to scam me.

Famous Poets is one of thier especially heinous affiliates. They sent me a piece of mail stating that I was to be a famous poet for 2007 and all I had to do was send them nearly 600 dollars.

They send you a personal invitation to their poetry convention where I could win money and appear on a television show. The poem for which I was nominated, I never put in to poetry.com, but they stole it from my deviantart.com site.

In their letter it states that they have even thought to prey upon the handicapped for they offer half price to get into their conventions for the handicapped's attendant to show up.

This is copyright infringement! On the bottom of every poem I have on deviantart.com is a clear copyright mark with MY name by it, not theirs. We must take action now against this menace, get the word out before it goes too far. We must organize something like a TV commercial to speak out about it.

There are young children that can easily be fooled by false promises. I encourage everyne who reads this to write to your senators and congressmen and governors and even the president of the united states. Tell them what is happening encourage them to go after these crooks. All you victims must fight to get your money back.

I may seem very passionate for those of you whose hopes and dreams were shattered by these wretched people even though I have never given them money. I was only in the 7th grade when they started harrassing me. I have been forced to ditch e-mail accounts because I can't get passed all the junk I received on a daily basis.

This must end now. Actions Speak louder than words. Sue the company, use one of their victims to send some traceable money to the companies to track down the people responsible, get someone on the inside of their operation.

This is a good way to alert consumers, but it is not enough to fix the problem. We must get the federal government involved in this scam and every scam to bring justice and relief to all who have suffered in the wake of these horrible people!
