Ebay David Yurman Fraud! Ripoff

I thought I had won a yurman bracelet from ebay user morternbrix, but i was wrong.instead I sent a money order worth $150 to a address that when i looked up found out it was a Publix. I never heard from her after i marked payment sent, and now morternbrix is no longer a registered user on ebay.

I've reported the problem to ebay, but am looking for other advise on where to go from here.
