Have followed all required procedures and called twice now. Both times told they would "check on" and "resubmit" the rebate. Asked for the order number even though they have it associated with my name/address/phone number. Basically given the run around.

I have read here and elsewhere on the web this is a common practice with them in the hope you will give up. Well' I am not going to give up. Hoping to form a class to sue them. If you have had similiar troubles with ecost, or if you are a class action consumer protection lawyer, please contact me. I have all documentation.

If you are considering a great deal on consumer electronics from these people, think again!
