Debiting my account for u nauthorized funds

I am pi*ed to find an unauthorize debt from everprivatecard in the amount of 54.95 I have never visted their site and Have never allowed them to debit my account as I am not sure what the hell they do. I want my money back in my account and they don't even have customer service number to speak with anyone what type of business is this.
Then I recevied and email stating a refund check to be issued in 10 days they automatically debit so they should deposit the same way the took. I am irate and furious. HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET MY INFORMATION
