CertMagic claims to be the IT Certification Leaders in Simulated Test Engines & Guides. I purchased the CRDE Exam program but never recieved it. I paid $69 for this program. After many emails to support, I was told the program was not ready yet, even though it says it is when you purchase the program. The program was purchased on June 26 and it is now July 15 as I type this. The program has yet to be loaded. I have asked for a refund, but I have a feeling I'm going to have a hard time getting it. This "company" is only on the internet and no phone number is available for support. The online chat support works very rarily and even when it does work, you have to wait for more than an hour to get someone on there to talk to. As a consumer, I ask that you stay away from this business.
