Rip off dishonest fraudulent billing from my account when i didn't purchase anything from them

This company has withdrawn 2 transactions from my account
with out authorisation and i have not ever purchased any product or received any product from them.
There seems to be no way i can get my money back
or stop them taking payments as there is no record of how
to contact them.
I am a single mother of three and live in the uk and
do not understand how this can happen they should not be
allowed to get away with this
if any one finds out any more details about this disgracful company
please post to help others from this horrid situation
