Poor quality films unplayable Las Vegas Internet

Dear sir,

I ordered two hard to find film on dvd, on reciept they were unplayable and of very poor quality.

I have requested a refund to my credit cards the answer from them is that we do not give refunds although they are in reciept of the dvds all they offered was another dubious film free of charge for which i refused.
