Is a ripoff will not close account and still bill you

Beware of peoplepc. This company will rip you off in a heartbeat. I cancelled my account via phone in December. The peron I talked with was a Indian sounding male. He gave me the B.S. Salespitch. I told them I was switching providers. He said that peoplepc will give you two free months to get your internet switched and will automatically close your account.

In may, I still had the service on my laptop that I seldom used. I checked my email and I received numerous bills from peoplepc. I contacted them by phone and raised hell with them. The superviser was a joke. She asked for my confirmation # and I didn't receive one. She refused to give me a name for a higher up superviser saying she is it.

If anybody sues this dishonest company, you can count on me. If your thinking about using this company... Don't. This company is a scam waiting to get popped.
