Fraudulent billing

Peoplepc withdrew funds from my bank account in a fradulent manner. The internet provider claimed that it was refused an automatic witdrawal for the monthly fee. This was totally bogus. My account numbers were correct, and there were more than enough funds to cover the monthly fee. I spoke to a phone representative and got the usual word that things had been corrected by Peoplepc, but the next day the bogus total was withdrawn from my account. (Apparently, the account numbers were correct and the money was sufficient for this fraudulent amount.) They did offer me two free months of service, but they blocked access to the billing information to confirm the free months. You cannot trust these folks. I recommend that individuals stay away from this internet provider. They take forever to return your e-mail, and then they say that everything is fine.
