Ripoff deceptive company the business that doesn't give a dam tricked and lied to us

The computer was sold with promises of service and extended wrranty. I have not been able to get decent help. Have been verbally abused.

I have been shocked at the clamims not met by this company that is still selling this product daily. I can not get any help... This was promised. I have an extended warrranty but cant even get thru on the phone.

Whenever I do I can tell you it has rarely been a pleasant experience. I have been given wron info, bad info, been lied to and still don't have answers. I bought this computer because of the help and service promised. It is nearly impossible to get help om anything. Their employees are unqualified, pompous, and rude.
