Beware! Fraudulent company out to swindle the Naive

I called on this company to design for me a custom directory database. I spoke with a Brandon in sales and i completely explained to him how i wanted my site to function, i even sent a powerpoint layout for them to use as a guide in their design. The salesman told me he would confirm with the designers about my design specifications. He later called and told me the designers were willing to do it despite having a big project coming up. I went over step by step (again) with the salesman to ensure he understood completely what it is i wanted in the functionality of my site. He assured me thats exactly what i would get. I put down the down deposit ($1037.50) with the remainder due when i got my site in 6 weeks. Well six weeks down the line and all i saw was two banners for the site. They still went ahead and charged the balance (total cost $2075.00)
they claim i have been slow to communicate with them thus the long wait. I have provided all material necessary save for one page. They claim they need this information to even do the home page or the website's layout. I almost always have to call and leave a message for someone to get back to me another two days later. They flipped the script on me and gave me a bare database with none of the features i had requested to the salesman prior to the start of design. Now they want me to pay extra for every little thing they determine i had not purchased. I am apalled at their dishonesty and very poor customer service. They still maintain the failure is mine. I have included a link to what they have done so far, you be the the judge. Its been almost 5 months since! (they will obviously delete this link once they are notified)

be careful in dealing (if at all) with this company! (the catch is once they supposedly start work on your site... No refunds!)
