Unauthorized charges drawn from account ripoff

On 14 Jun I accessed my Bank of America account to do normal weekly reconcilliation of authorized charges. I noticed two charges made on 11 Jun from InetGiant, Inc.

I have never done business with company. I fear they somehow gained access to my personal information using email spam and/or cookie retrieval.

I contacted Bank of America. They have cancelled my debit card, and filing a report. I did a search on InetGiant, Inc. Only to find a multitude of complaints.
