On May 28 I purchased gold for eq2 from IGE. Today is June 15 and still no gold, no refund and no apologies. At the time I placed my order the IGE site said the item was in stock. During my first inquiry to customer service after no delivery I was told could take 24 hours at my first contact with customer service, then 48, then as soon as possible since they had a high demand.
On June 8 I filed a complaint with Paypal, who had debited my funds on May 28 when the order was placed and they sent a copy to IGE. IGE opted to escalate my complaint, giving them another 30 days to blow me off. I went to the customer service online and was told that because I filed a complaint they wouldn't be sending my order at this time, nor giving me a refund. Then they said if I dropped the complaint they would reinstate my order.
This is extortion in my opinion that I can't get a refund or my purchase because I filed a complaint on their deceptive business practices. I definitely don't recommend IGE to anyone. I am someone who has purchase previously for eq through IGE and never had an issue, but it looks like this company is so far over its head they are heading for a downfall.
