Lead generation ripoff for realtors and brokers Woodland Hils

I contracted with this company for double verified leads in a range of zip-codes.

These leads were guaranteed to be of good credit, looking for a Realtor, ready to buy within 90 daysand had not been contacted by another Realtor Also had been called twice, with the last call being within 24 hours of the lead sent to me. The original Agent who signed me up had a great difficulty getting the lead department to send me any leads at all.

Finally after about 4-5 days I was sent 3 leads. They all turned out to be people looking to re-finance their loans! I'm a Realtor! I do not finance loans. I told my agent right then I wished to terminate the relationship.

Soon they switched me to the "Vice president" of Marketing Bobby Ferdosi. 818-444-7295 ext 8016. I tried to terminate with this individual as well to no avail. The original agent who signed me up I believe thought this company was honest. He ended up quitting over this and other customer service issues. This nightmare just got worse and worse with me continually trying to terminate and their refusal.

I eventually tried to contact the head "Carol Rosen" leaving messages but have not received a reply
They have stolen $500 from me and will not give it back. Believe me I have tried.

I am going to call NAR today for legal help. I have complained with the BBB that services their area. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office for So Cal. I want to prevent my fellow Realtors from getting ripped off by these folks.
