Panchlov - Amazing Wallets ripoff ignored my shipping request then left negative feedback on my site

We requested priority shipping 3 days in advance and were willing to pay anything. The seller did not follow up with my request. Then we reviewed the site and noticed their site says they ship abroad, so we asked if we could have it shipped to Germany. Still we received no response. One full day after the last request is when we submitted feedback on their site. Once they shipped the item the only thing we got from the seller was negative response to our feedback, which was false. We never did hear anything about the request we had made. We also have proof of when our request were made. Ebay can send you a copy of your request you send people and thank goodness we had them send them to us. We did not receive the items until after our vacation. Didn't do us much good.
