Ripoff Scam for $49.90 Salt Lake City

This company got my credit card # and took 49.90 from me, without my permission. As I was looking at the others report, I am not the only one to be riped off... Someone should do somrthing.
When I called them to complain, after 1 1/2 waiting on the phone... They told me that I signed for an Ebay Tool kit, and I only had a 14 day trial... I was never aware of the trial... This is a big scam.
