This site was very attractive, very professional, stating to the effect, "we are standing by 24 hours a day to answer your questions no matter how small. We answer all e-mails." My credit card was charged the day of the order, and now almost a month later the dvds have not arrived. I have sent numerous e-mails to this site where they claim "we are standing by 24 hours a day." I have not gotten a response. What an absolute ripoff!!!
