Magnar Studio refused to accomplish the services for which she was paid in full and now refuses to refund my money and goods and won't contact me ripoff

Michelle Belisle DeSpiegelaere is a well known artist for over 20 years in the modelhorse hobby. She offers repaint services on artist resins.

I sent her a resin back in September along with full payment for her to customize it and paint it.
In April I contacted her by letter, since it had been over a year she had not contacted me and her eMail did not work. I wanted an update and she replied to my letter telling me she could not finish my resin any more. I felt very hurt and deceived, since I had been patiently waiting for the item for almost 5 years. She offered to send the resin back but told me she could not afford to refund my money for the services I had paid her for and she felt she could not do any more.

I told her I requested her to send back my resin AND my money, as I did not want what she offered me to make up for the lost money. I asked her to reply to me and tell me what she wanted to do. She has not replied to me ever since. Nothing.

All I want is my resin and money back, as I feel I have waited for 55 months for NOTHING and I feel betrayed and let down.

Other customers of her are in my same situation and I have NO IDEA what she wants to do about us. I feel ripped off and I do not know what to do or whom to contact. I have been patient enough and have no more strength to wait for HER to decide WHEN she feels she wants or wants not to contact me. She seems not to care about me in the least, which is why I want to post about this wherever I can.
