Unresponsive to emails false advertising did not get my gift

Internet & Web

I responded to an email offering a free $100 Dunkin Donuts gift Card. It claimed that all I had to do was complete their survey, as well as complete a certain number sponsor offers. It also mentioned that I must confirm my address prior to gift shipment, although it did not mention at all how.

After I completed one offer, I was credited for completing it. However, for a while afterwards, I could not access my account. After at least ten different emails to the company, I finally got a reply. They claimed that the email address associated with my account was something different, a non-existent email address. When I asked them to change it, they refused.

I eventually completed the required number of sponsor offers. After completing all of them, my status changed from "Not Qualified" to "Qualified, need confirmation." The website asked me to enter my shipping address, then print out something called a "claim form."

According to them, I was to print out the "claim form", fill it out, and mail it to them.in their FAQ section, it said that after I mailed the claim form, they would confirm my address within two weeks. Then, my status would change from "Qualified, Need confirmation" to "Qualified, Confirmed to Be Shipped."

I mailed in my claim form on Monday, May 7th. As of now, my status is still "Qualified, need confirmation." Everytime I email this company, they say that they are sending an email to the "Legal Department." This does not seem to be doing anything. This company is very unresponsive. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
