They sent me a defective product and they are going to try to take away my warranty Rancho Santa Margarita

This company will screw you, they sent me a chip (athlon 1.3 Ghz) and the fist one workd for about 8 months. When i returned it under warranty (3 year) they kept sending me chips that wouldn't work this happened 4 or 5 times. It's a little more than a year over the warranty and they are saying that if i send it back to many times they will revoke the warranty.

*this just in* i am on the phone now about the chip and the shipping company called, they said that it was delivered properly and signed by someone named "mystica"so when i tell this to the guy from SMK he says that they all of a sudden have me package where he denied getting it just a moment ago.

One again don't ever buy anything from this company EVER!!!
