After some 5 years with this specific supplier we started searching for a different one since Intersabre had fairly sluggish cPanel access, Webmail access or occasionally also site access...

Whenever we finally chose to alter companies they delivered us an email requesting people why we were shifting and we nicely mentioned the reason why provided above.

We continued to question them authorization to gain access to our region to be able to copy and obtain our sources or in order for them to get it done. We currently had supported our / public_html region.

We got not reply. After many Aid Seats and emails, they've plugged our IP and we can not contact them. We subsequently extended attempting to email them till today whenever we discovered that they've plugged our email address aswell. We nevertheless had over annually quit on our existing agreement.
