Old Moneywayz ripoff under new name

My husband and I just started a new home business called New Concepts for Success. We recieved the "packet" definately not worth $185.00.
A few days later my husband is on the phone and is going to by some brochures to help us advertise our new business. I was shocked to find out he spent over 5 grand for 1500 brochures. Now the red flag goes off in my mind and I look for New Concepts for Success on the internet. Not much luck. Then I search for Michael Hilliard - Bingo!
Moneywayz and New Concepts for Success are both by Michael Hilliard and are very very similiar.
I haven't seen any positive feedback from either of these businesses. My husband doesn't believe me that we're just going to lose all of this money.
Can anyone help before we're up to our necks in debt?
