I received my high speed modem from at&t in September and at that time they asked me to apply for $49.99 rebate which i haven't still got it, every time i call they say 4-6 weeks, this is April. I called twice within 5 minutes just to check the validity of there excuses and i was shocked to hear two different stories in 5 minutes.
