Never received promised reward

I adopted all directions and guidelines to get something special of 10 free instances of Mountain Dew Pop. I bought items online and obtained them in the businesses shown, but never got the present from Brandarama. I've asked on many occasions. First I had been informed they never obtained the ultimate paperwork through the email from me. I re sent it. They outlined the present as planned to be delivered, but that day approved. They stated they'd inner problems which may delay delivery with no particular day to ship. Today they've eliminated all referrals of any reward because of me from their site under my name.
