Keeping my money ripoff

I have sent them support tickets after another and still nothing. This is the biggest rip off company i have ever seen they take your money and let you hang out to dry.

I have tried to register domains for clients though them and can't i have put my money in my account and now they won't let me have it back or even reply to a support ticket all they do is say sending to another person or close my ticket.

Stay away from them and now i lost my money and don't know how to get it back.
