Ficticious, impossible to log on, joining no problem, using site NOT possible

Recordsregistry.com provides no services at all. When you go to the home site, there are only links to join but no links to log on. It is impossible to access any services.

When I first joined (for $39.95), the first time I tried using the service I couldn't get logged on but was directed to a site to register any problems. I emailed them stating my problem logging on and was sent an email saying the problem was corrected. Following the directions in the email, I was able to log on. That was the first and LAST time I was able to log on.

I definately feel RIPPED OFF.
