New Concepts For Success - Did not setup any websites, did no advertising, ripped of $6450. Ripoff

New Concepts for success, Phoenix and
Incredible Advertising, Phoenix, AZ 85011 ripped me of for almost $6700. They are big rip off companies.

How they ripped me off. During August I got a call from a sales rep of New Concepts. He talked about giving me 3 websites to sell Health Care Insurance, Mortgage Loans, and Auctions for $185 (now the charge $79). I will be given good commission for every sale made from my websites. I liked the idea and trusted the guy and paid him $185 thru credit card.

Then after a couple of days, a coach from their advertising company Incredible Consulting LLC (some times they use Advertising) trapped me with big promises and lot of money saying they do Online advertising for New Concepts, which is their front end company. They promised me 25,000 hits and if no results within 90 days they will raise it to 50,000 hits to my website. I did the biggest mistake to trust them and paid them $6450 (actually they were demanding $12900).

Once they got the money, nobody called me about the websites, hits or any results. I called and talked to their Marketing Director. I asked him about my websites addresses.

He tricked me saying it is doing very good, you can get the Domain names from the front end office. I called New Concepts and asked the names. Some secretary gave me some names, which were all invalid. Then I got the Invoice with Blank URL.

Then I realized I am in trouble. I wrote a certified letter to the Marketing Director to cancel the contract and refund my money. But he kept on lying, we are making good progress etc. But never gave me the website addresses. Actually there were no websites. I opened up a dispute with the Credit card issuer bank. They also tricked the bank.

I opened up a case with the BBB, Phoenix. During the next 4 months I kept on receiving calls and cards from New Concepts for Success to start the business. I kept on telling them I have already paid the money and nobody did any thing. When BBB approached them they put up 6 websites for me on 02/07/07, and sent me the Domain names in the mail. They all working, but so for no commission.

BBB also contacted the Incredible Advertising. They tricked the BBB by lying that have done the job according to the contract terms. I am telling the BBB, how they can do the hits when there was no website for 4 months. Were they hitting in the air. As of 03/27/07 dispute is not resolved. I have 20 page of proof against the Incredible. They are still refusing the refund. This is a big rip off company. Every body should be very careful and not get ripped off by these two companies.
