Entered personal information, then couldn't get response as far as confirmation or couldn't view anything else ripoff

After typing in my personal information, i.E., name, address, phone number, the website would not allow my to even read the terms of service upon acceptance.

I went back two or three times, repeated the process, and got the same response. It stated try again later during all attempts.

I am sure this is a scam because now they have my information, and I am unable to contact this company.
