IFriends Elite "screwed" me out of money for almost 2 years!

IFriends Elite screwed me out of $9.95 a month for almost 2 years!

I have been a member to many internet sites over the past several years. I didn't think twice about the many different charges on my credit card until I canceled all the sites but one and discovered that there was still another charge being posted to my account.

There it was: "WPI*IFRIENDS ELITE 800-2 02/09WPI*IFRIE $9.95", on my account summary. After researching further, I discovered that I was charged this amount every month since I allegedly "joined" this service.

I did indeed "join" IFriends... However what I thought I was paying for was only a one-time charge of $1 for the activation, completely unaware that I was being screwed out of my money 12 times a year like clockwork!

The only time I ever logged in was the day I joined from what I remember.

I have NOT used this service since, and yet I was charged monthly without my knowledge.

The second I discovered it on my statement and realized what it was, I searched on the internet to see how I could cancel it.

Seconds later different links appeared on my screen of people being charged without their knowledge for the EXACT SAME thing. I am outraged at them for thinking that they can take advantage of innocent people and their hard earned money!
