Free4Me Sites Owned By Peter Kasmin ripoff of time, money and reputation

I signed up at Freelcds4me after being referred there. I completed the offers and referrals as required to receive my gift of $250 paypal. I went green immediately but two of my referrals had problems with True.com. They sent copies of the confirmation email to Freelcds4me support and were given credit for the offer.

Then when I went in to have my prize sent out I was instructed to click on an area that said verify account. I found this odd as I assumed my account had been verified before I completed offers and referred three people, but I did as instructed. I was told my account would be verified and my prize would be sent out.

Three days later I checked my account and found it was on hold. I sent a support ticket asking why. I was told that I had multiple accounts on another free4me account, free5004me. I told them I did not have multiple accounts and I was given an email address that ws suppose to have the same IP address as mine. I ran a check on this and found that the email address they had given did not have an IP address even similiar to mine and that the owner lived hundreds of miles from me. I was then told that the problem was dial up. I had dial up and this caused similiar IP addresses to show up. I was told to email Peter to have the hold removed, and that he was the only one who could do this.

I emailed Peter three times and got no reponse. I then emailed him today and told him if I did not receive the money I was owed I would be seeking other avenues to be paid.

I got a very rude response, basically telling me that I had violated the Terms of Service and there were no second chances. I responded with the fact that I had not violated any TOS and received another reply reciting part of the TOS which states that no one can sign up from a public place or use a proxy server and that all dial up was considered a proxy server.

I then emailed him telling him I did not have a proxy server. I also sent him an email asking very nicely that this be settled without any more negetativity. All I want is to be paid for the service I provided.

Peter was paid by his advertisers and I would like to be paid as well, plain and simple. As far as being banned from the other sites, that's fine. I don't want to do business with anyone who conducts themself in this manner. Rude is an understatement and arrogant is probably a better word.

I would appreciate any help I can get to get the money I am owed. I saw another post on this site from someone in Austin Texas and they contacted an agency and were paid by Peter in a few days. If this person could please give me the information to do the same I would greatly appreciate it.

I can't believe I fell for another internet scam. I thought I did enough research and found people who said they got paid from this site. I didn't realize that if any problem occured I would have to deal with someone who obviously is all about making money quickly and getting out. Considering this is a new site, I assume this is the reason for Peter not caring about building a client base.
