Circuit City - Rebateservices - I/O Magic Fraudulent Rebate services ripoff

I had purchased a I/O magic dvd writer for thanksgiving. I got all the rebates from CC but this one serviced by rebateservices.com never made it. I have tried contacting them by phone (which always goes to a voice mail) and via the contact us email form but no response.
I tried contacting Circuit City who said they did not control this rebate and i had to contact rebateservices for the rebate. This is a big scam. I have checked a couple of online forums and seems like rebateservices does not send the cheques. Circuit city should stop doing business with these people at i/o magic
