Rip-off Dishonest Inept Incompetent and Keeping My Money

I ordered 512 mb pc2100 memory on Jan. 1 and it's still not arrived on Jan. 25. Numerous calls went unreturned, when I do reach someone they tell me my money has been returned or the order has been re-shipped. I lost $60. On the deal so I won't go broke over this rip-off but I feel for people who may spend thousands with this pos company. The idiot I talk to now, when their answering service insn't on, now knows me and talks smart-alecky to me as if he has no idea what is going on. DO NOT use this company if you value your money.
