Got me to invest $10298 and have delivered nothing

I joined Global Solutions back in late November, paying $1295 for a web site, and, so I thought, coaching on how to market on the internet. A few days later, I received a call from Eric Smith. He turned out to ba a very high pressure salesperson and convinced me to pay an additional $9000 on Dec. 2 for Global Solutions to do the selling for me. He also said I would have unlimited access to him for the coaching.

I have tried to keep in touch with my coach', but am told he is spending all his time signing up new people. I made appointments to talk to him, but I never received any calls at the appointed times.

Next, I contacted Steve Shuller in May. He assured me he could me all kinds of traffic and would even send me the money to pay the credit card bill if necessary. He kept me convinced he could help until August. Since August of I have received no call backs from anyone. To date, I have received $200 return on my $10,298.

I put up the money in good faith that someone would be selling product for me, but that is not happening. Apparently the whole focus is on signing up new people.

I do not choose to do business in this manner. If I could get any coaching, I would attempt to sell it myself, but I am not and never have been a salesperson. At 70 years of age, I don't anticipate that will change.

I am requesting my money back again. I had asked in April as Eric Smith had assured me that by February 5, I would be getting enough income to pay the credit card bill.
